Thank you for following up. To answer your question, l have been trying to find out the judge’s name but have had no success. My daughter also does not know the judge’s name. However, the Immigration Court is located in Houston, Texas, so the court case number on the document I originally forwarded to you should have some information on who the presiding judge was. If there is no luck there, please let me know and I will continue to try and search for the judge’s name.

p.s. The judge in this case refused to allow my daughter to present evidence and exhibits, and simply said, “I don’t want to see them!” Some of these exhibits were pictures of my daughter and I on different dates and occasions throughout her life, from a little girl to a teenager, which proves that I have have been around my daughter most all of her life. For the judge to refuse to allow my daughter the right to present this evidence in defense of her case, is a violation of my daughter’s right to even have a defense. The judge’s job is not to make rules and laws and regulations for his or her courtroom, but to obey and abide by the law, and to make sure that the law is followed. Their job is to review and see all the evidence on both sides of any given case. This judge has denied my daughter a basic human civil right. The judge also allowed the prosecuting attorney to batter my daughter as if she was some type of criminal, as the prosecutor rudely told my daughter, “You may as well get it out of your head … you are not a U.S. Citizen and never will be … and got not right to be here!” For the judge to allow this prosecutor to batter a person this way making these types of racist comments, is tantamount to violations of government ethics. The judge never cautioned this prosecutor and allowed this type of battering to take place throughout the hearing, leaving my daughter traumatized. UNACCEPTABLE!

Question: How does this government prosecutor have a right to make these types of statements to my daughter, when two of my daughter’s great uncles were World War II Veterans? One of my uncles (my father’s older brother) Dub Blackburn spent 20 years in the United States Navy and was on the U.S.S. Block Island during World War II, when it was blown apart by a German Submarine. In fact, he floated 4 hours in the Atlantic Ocean before ever being picked up by Allied Forces. This individual is my daughter’s great uncle by blood and DNA. And this prosecutor and judge has the nerve to allow trash talk and batter my daughter? My other uncle, Jay Fred Blackburn (also my father’s older brother and my daughter’s great uncle), fight in World War II in the Army/Infantry, and fought against the Japanese in the South Pacific. This individual that fought for the United States in World War II is my daughter’s great uncle by blood and DNA. And yet again, this prosecutor and judge thinks that somehow, they have a right to bash and batter my daughter. Finally, my grandmother’s grandfather was a Confederate Soldier in the American Civil War (verifiable). He fought in the Alabama Infantry. This is my daughter’s Great Great Grandfather.

Now, I said all that to say, that this prosecutor does not know what the hell he is talking about. My daughter does have a right to be in the United States. She is a citizen of the United States, because she earned that right when I Reported her Birth Abroad at the U.S. Embassy in Honduras numerous years ago. Yet these people are still playing games, violating my daughter’s rights. Claiming that she has no right to present evidence.

To follow up, my daughter requested an extension of time to even obtain a DNA test, and this judge even denied that, while knowing that my daughter could not possibly obtain the test in time for the hearing date, as the judge knew that the U.S. Embassy was closed indefinitely due to the Covid virus. This is a known Obstruction of Justice committed by this judge.
